An exciting opportunity has arisen to join an outstanding finance team and organisation in a financial management role.
You will work in the Financial Management team, providing professional financial management advice, helping to deliver efficiently, effectively and with integrity the Trust's goals and objectives. You will have previous NHS experience and be a qualified accountant with excellent communication skills and a track record of successfully coordinating the delivery of timely and accurate financial information.
You will have the ability to operate at a strategic level, work under pressure and to manage multiple and conflicting deadlines. You will be an influential team player who can use your collaborative style to empower and motivate key stakeholders in this exciting and challenging role.
The Finance Directorate at Royal Papworth are committed to the wellbeing and development of their staff. You will be part of a highly functioning team who actively promotes training and development within the team, we have developed a comprehensive finance learning and development strategy and hold Level 3 accreditation in Towards Excellence and Future Focused Finance.
