What You'll Be Doing
- Process Plant and Fleet timesheets into our Causeway Project Accounting (CPA) System
- Liaise with our internal Fleet team and Operations teams to ensure Plant and Fleet items are aligned
- Process Stock items utilised into our CPA System
- Liaise with our Operations teams to oversee and process monthly stocktakes
- Register & Match Invoices for Materials and Overheads into CPA
- Analyse monthly reports for Plant, Fleet and Stock to provide information to the Accountant and Senior Accountant
- Provide cover for other members of the Finance Team as required
- Other ad-hoc responsibilities and analysis
- Strong work ethic with a task focused attitude
- Strong IT Skills including proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel specifically)
- Knowledge and experience of working in a Highway Maintenance or Construction Industry environment (preferred)
- Knowledge and experience of Causeway Project Accounting (CPA) (preferred)
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight timescales & deadlines
