Description
As the Finance Assistant, you will be responsible for:
- Provide administrative support to the finance team
- Manage financial transactions, including invoices and bank deposits
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports
- Ensure all financial records are maintained accurately and are up-to-date
- Perform reconciliations of accounts as required
- Support the finance team in budget preparation and management
- Maintain confidentiality of all financial data
- Perform other duties as assigned by the finance manager
To be successful for the Finance Assistant position you must have done some or all of the above responsibilities.
