We are looking for a motivated and reliable Finance Apprentice to join our office based team in Oldham. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to start their career in finance and business administration. You’ll gain valuable hands-on experience supporting the finance team with a variety of tasks while studying towards a recognised finance or business qualification.

In this role, the successful candidate would be required to work from the office located in Oldham Manchester. Full time hours 40 per week. Monday-Friday 8..00am to -5.00pm.

- Posting and processing purchase invoices accurately into the finance system
- Assisting with the checking of employee timesheets for accuracy and completeness
- Supporting the finance team with general administrative duties
- Assisting with data entry, filing, and document management
- Liaising with internal departments to support finance-related queries
- Helping with ad hoc tasks and projects as required by the team

- A keen interest in starting a career in finance and business administration
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage time effectively
- Basic IT skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Outlook
- A proactive and positive attitude, with a willingness to learn
- GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths – Grade 4/C or above preferred
