You will be working as part of a multidisciplinary team at All Saints Hospital, providing care for people who are deaf or have complex communication needs. It is a culturally sensitive service which has been created to provide support and rehabilitation with care and intervention from both deaf and hearing members of staff.
All Saints Hospital which is a specialist mental health service which has self-contained flats for men over 18 years old, which helps them move along their care pathway to more independent living.

Other Responsibilities
- Maintaining changes on the Electronic Absence System
- Maintaining all updates and changes on the HR Works system
- Processing monthly DBS renewals checks for existing staff
- Completing monthly team brief and HOCG information requests
- Completing monthly vacancy and investigation reports
- Monitoring and checking staff professional registrations on a monthly basis.
- Management of Patient Monies system, including any DWP benefit claims as appropriate.
- Management of Petty Cash within the Finance Office and also throughout the hospital
- Purchase Order Processing - WAP/Ordering of Goods and Services
- Completing monthly team brief and HOCG information requests
- Completing monthly vacancy and investigation reports
- Monitoring and checking staff professional registrations on a monthly basis.
- Completing and responding to third party information requests/references
- Completing leaver’s forms/information, inform relevant parties and update systems.
- Processing maternity leavers paperwork and systems
- Secretarial and/or Administration experience
- 4 GCSE’s at grade C or above (including English and Mathematics) or equivalent
- Strong skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Awareness and knowledge in following confidentiality and security
