How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
This is a varied role within the Finance Dept. but the main purpose of the Finance Administrator is to be responsible for the administration of the office, manage reception, co-ordinate between departments, assist and provide support in all areas of Finance in accordance with the company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Reception
- Liaise with and provide support to the Singapore office
- Assist with Internal Control, documenting and implementing
- Maintaining Intranet Finance documents
- Provide support to Accounts Receivable, including:
- Business risk assessments
- Setting up new customer accounts
- Maintenance of customer accounts
- Provide support to Accounts Payable, including:
- Setting up new supplier accounts
- Maintenance of supplier accounts
- Provide support to Management Accountant in all areas of the business
- Maintain Google Forms, Documents and Sheets, dealing with any queries to ensure complete accuracy and audit trails
- Assist Finance Team with all month-end processing
- Assist Finance Team with all year-end processing
- Provide general administrative support to the Finance Team
- Provide support for Annual Audits
- Provide cover within the Department, as required
- Communicate and provide support, where needed with other business locations
- Carry out any other duties as required
Are you a MATCH?
Person Specification:
- Previous experience of working in an Admin Role and/or Finance Department
- Sage 200 Experience would be advantageous
- Google Sheets/Documents/Forms experience would be advantageous
- Good communication skills
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Ability to work to deadlines
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
