We are currently looking for a Field Service Engineer for the London area of the UK, who will have the possibility to conducts service, repair and/or installation of products or IT solutions at customer site, including electrical and mechanical testing, in accordance with maintenance contracts. Diagnoses system failures and determines most cost-effective solution.
Escalates complex issues to greater level of technical support or quality reporting system. May develop new customer service/product agreements. Responds to customer support calls within an assigned territory. In addition, they will demonstrate the ability to utilize critical thinking and analysis to make decisions, solve problems and implement solutions.
They will be able to communicate and to listen honesty and to create empathy with the customer, colleagues and collaborators.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Technical Customer support, on-site assistance to our customers.
- Escalates complex issues to greater level of technical support
- Responds to customer support calls within an assigned territory.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is preferable or Biotech Technical/Electronic Secondary School Diploma, proficient English is mandatory
- Open to travel, (driving license is mandatory)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work autonomously, being a team player as well
- Experience with Salesforce will be beneficial
