What You’ll Do
- Identify and engage high-potential SMB clients in your territory
- Run persuasive, face-to-face meetings and product demos that win business
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through networking, referrals, and outbound activity
- Consistently hit — and aim to exceed — ambitious sales targets
- You have a winner’s mindset — competitive, motivated, and driven to be top of the leaderboard
- You consistently exceed sales targets and thrive in high-pressure environments
- You’re proactive in generating your own pipeline through cold outreach and referrals
- You have excellent communication skills and can build lasting client trust
- Industry experience in retail, hospitality, or POS/merchant services is ideal, but not essential
- We welcome career changers — some of our top sellers have come from industries like automotive, property, telecoms, and events
