Job title: Farm Operative
Location: Vitacress Salads, Abbey Farm, Kent
Salary range: Depending on experience
Shift Pattern: 7am - 3.30pm
Hours: 40
Contract type: Seasonal
You will support the farm and the team with the efficient harvesting of crops and weeding to ensure the best quality of crops. On days that crops are not required to be harvested, then weeding of all fields will be required. Other general Adhoc farm duties will be required as and when instructed by the Farm Manager.
Ideally you will previous experience within a similar role working within a farming environment, excellent communication skills and a good level of English.
You will be a excellent team player who is driven to meet required targets with the ability to motivate others within the team.
