Salary: £13.25 per hour
Hours: Saturday: 4 hours | Sunday: 4 hours (Potential for additional hours during school holidays or growth in service)
Contract: Permanent, 52 weeks
Driving: Full UK Driving Licence required

About the RoleYou will oversee the care of our farm animals over weekends and some school holidays, ensuring their wellbeing and safety at all times. This is a hands-on, rewarding role where you will make a real difference to both the animals and the school community.You will:

- Care for and monitor the health of animals, liaising with staff and vets when needed.
- Undertake practical tasks such as feeding, fencing, driving farm vehicles, and operating machinery.
- Ensure farm activities comply with regulations, health and safety standards, and school policies.
- Maintain records and provide handovers to weekday staff.
- Contribute to the ethos of the school, supporting students’ engagement with the farm and outdoor learning.
- Outdoor work in all weathers and seasons.
- Some periods of independent working due to weekend schedule.
