We are currently seeking a hands-on and proactive Facilities Supervisor to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring our facilities operate smoothly, safely, and in compliance with all regulations to support world-class service for our clients.

Your Tasks:

  • Supervise the maintenance and repair of the warehouse, office space, and surrounding facilities.
  • Manage contractors and vendors for cleaning, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, security, and other services.
  • Ensure all equipment and infrastructure (racking, dock doors, conveyors, etc.) are fully operational.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify safety hazards, maintenance needs, and compliance with health & safety regulations.
  • Support warehouse operations by minimizing downtime due to facility-related issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance schedules, repairs, and facility-related documentation.
  • Manage facilities-related budgets and ensure cost-effective procurement of services and supplies.
  • Implement and monitor preventive maintenance programs.
  • Respond to facility emergencies promptly and coordinate resolutions.

Your Profile:

  • Proven experience in a facilities or maintenance supervisory role, preferably in a warehouse, logistics, or 3PL environment.
  • Strong knowledge of building systems, including electrical, mechanical, and HVAC.
  • Familiarity with OSHA and other workplace safety standards.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage external vendors and contractors.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Computer literacy (e.g., CMMS systems, Microsoft Office Suite).
