Facilities Supervisor - NRC Loughborough

  • £13.05 per hour
  • 37.5 hours per week
  • 3 Week Rota, Work 7 and 3 off, Work 7 and 4 off
  • Early shift - 6am to 2.30pm
  • Late shift 11.30am to 8pm


We're currently recruiting a dedicated Facilities Supervisor to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in Defence on a full time basis, contracted to 37.5 hours per week.

Your Key Responsibilities Include

  • Deliver services per contractual agreements and company/client procedures.
  • Promote and enforce Health & Safety standards; report hazards or incidents promptly.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic environment.
  • Ensure policies and procedures are up-to-date and correctly implemented.
  • Conduct quality audits and maintain productivity standards.
  • Recruit, train, and develop team members; manage performance and conduct disciplinary actions if needed.
  • Use relevant systems to manage schedules and resources efficiently.
  • Control costs within budget, including labor, equipment, and stock.
  • Perform cleaning, catering, and logistics duties as required.
  • Attend meetings and training, and comply with reasonable requests.
  • Model company values and behaviors consistently.


Our Facilities Supervisor Will

  • Previous supervisory/ team leader experience
  • Committed to high levels of customer care
  • Able to speak & understand English
  • Able to work flexibly in line with business requirements
  • Able to undertake a range of manual cleaning duties
  • Health & Safety – Follows the right procedures & challenges unsafe behaviour
  • Can Do – Is flexible & takes initiative
  • Team player and can-do attitude
  • Ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining a positive attitude
