Job Summary
Huawei is looking for a Facilities Project Coordinator with experience in project and administrative support. We wish to recruit a diligent and organised individual with proven experience in project coordination or a similar role
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and support business infrastructure projects throughout their entire lifecycles by owning action trackers, outputting meeting minutes, maintaining risk registers and ensuring timelines are kept on track
- Support in defining project scopes, goals and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders to ensure that business goals are met
- Work collaboratively with the QHSE team to lead site compliance activities such as ensuring all statutory PPMs are tracked and actioned, environmental legislations are followed and internal and external audits are prepared for
- Prepare monthly meeting materials by tracking and collating information on the Facilities Team’s KPIs
- Manage all the orders made by the Facilities Team by liaising with Procurement and tracking through to completion
- Conduct market research and compare costs and benefits when evaluating new vendors
- Maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders including project team members, subcontractors etc. and respond to all queries, escalating to the Facilities Manager as required

- Candidates must be eligible to, and hold all relevant finalised paperwork, to live and work in the UK. Copies of Passports and Visas will be requested. Please note we do not offer sponsorship for this role at this current time or the foreseeable future.
- This is initially a 12-month temp/agency worker contract, to be extended for further 12-month periods dependent on performance and workload. Assignments are renewed on the 31st December each year.
