What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be at the heart of our facilities management excellence, reporting to the Facilities Manager, your day-to-day will include:
- Providing daily support to the commercial sites for all facility logged works.
- Ensuring Commercial site colleagues are updated on works.
- Managing the Magnet Concerto FM system for processing the daily works.
- Maintain detailed Excel documents for POs / cost and invoice received.
- Complete spreadsheets for agreed works.
- Ensure multiple quotes gained for larger works to ensure value and fit for purpose works are achieved.
- Identify any cost savings and work towards our departments cost saving initiatives.
- Working closely with the wider Property teams to support a variety of ad hoc administration works.
- Supporting Facilities larger maintenance projects and provide ad hoc support as required.
- Process queries from commercial sites working with the wider property team.
We’re looking for a proactive team player with strong interpersonal skills. To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
- Demonstrable advanced competence in Excel.
- Excellent numeracy and administrative skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills and excellent attention to detail.
- Demonstrable competence and experience in SAP.
- Comfortable in communicating at all stakeholder levels.
- Problem solver with a positive and flexible can-do attitude.
- Strong customer focus and team player.
- Excellent organisation and time management skills with the ability to work at pace to organise and prioritise time effectively during busy work periods.
