Are you a hands-on leader with a passion for delivering exceptional event experiences? CBRE is seeking an Exhibition Stand Builder to join our dynamic team, driving the operational delivery of event-related services across exhibitions and live events.
About The Role
As the Exhibition Stand Builder, you’ll take charge of the preparation, installation, and management of stand-building equipment and event infrastructure. From carpentry and graphics installation to barrier deployment and shell scheme setup, you’ll ensure every detail is executed to the highest standard.
You’ll work closely with Event Operations Supervisors and lead a team of Events Team Assistants, ensuring equipment is well-prepared, delivered on time, and maintained to a professional standard. Your role will also include stock rotation, inventory tracking, and producing reports to support seamless event execution.

About The Role

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery and collection of event equipment, ensuring top-tier maintenance and presentation.
- Manage inventory and implement a show-ready tracker system.
- Produce detailed inventory reports and oversee stock rotation.
- Provide guidance and support to Events Team Assistants.
- Assist with shell scheme installations when required.
- Proven experience in exhibition stand building.
- A relevant trade qualification (essential).
- Strong interpersonal skills, initiative, and adaptability.
- Full UK Driving Licence (essential).
- Forklift operator licence (desirable).
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain flexibility.
