Executive Recruitment Administrator

Are you an experienced senior administrator with a knack for organisation and a keen eye for detail? Our client, a niche specialist recruitment company, is looking for an Executive Recruitment Administrator to support their team of expert recruiters. This company excels at sourcing top-tier Senior Finance professionals, using innovative headhunting methods to ensure the perfect fit for each role.

Location: Remote, with occasional travel to London and Worcester

Salary: Approximately £30,000 per annum

Benefits: 30 days holiday + Bank Holidays, and all travel expenses to and from London covered

Starting January 2025

Key Responsibilities

• Managing all internal administration processes
• Logging and entering candidates' assessment details and results into the CRM system accurately
• Providing recruiters with the appropriate assessment links and tracking completed assessments
• Coordinating with assessment markers to ensure timely completion and return of assessments
• Assisting the recruitment team with the candidate CRM software to identify suitable candidates
• Supporting the management team with data projects for partner companies
• Occasionally sourcing potential candidates via LinkedIn
  
  

Key Skills And Experience

• Previous experience in a senior administrative role
• Self-motivated with excellent prioritisation skills
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities
• Highly organised with great attention to detail
• Willingness to work remotely
