The Executive Recruiter will be responsible leading the identification and engagement of top executive-level talent with deep expertise in market mapping, competitive intelligence, and relationship-driven recruiting practices. This role will work closely with senior business leaders and SPP’s to understand critical talent needs, build internal & external pipelines, and deliver super candidate & hiring manager experiences.

This role is based in Unity Place – Milton Keynes.

To support this, we offer site-based contracts with a hybrid working pattern and our expected level of attendance in an office is at least 12 days per month (pro-rata for part-time roles).

What you’ll bring:
These are the essential requirements you need to be successful in this role:
- Skilled at navigating complex stakeholder landscapes, building credibility with senior executives, and aligning search strategies with internal succession, workforce planning, and organisational transformation goals.
- Commercial acumen, with the ability to use market intelligence, talent data, and internal capability insights to influence outcomes and drive inclusive, future-fit hiring decisions.
- Proven experience in recruitment with a strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment Executive Hiring processes
- Experience in developing and executing talent attraction strategies to build pipelines for current and future hiring needs, including leveraging digital platforms, networking and targeted campaigns
- Strong communication skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and influence candidates and stakeholders effectively
- Skilled at building and maintaining relationships with hiring managers, candidates and external partners.
- Capable of working in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities and solving challenges proactively.
- Proven experience designing and executing executive-level search strategies in complex, fast-paced, and matrixed environments—ideally within a global organisation undergoing transformation.
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders, assess leadership capability, and act as a trusted talent advisor to C-suite and senior leaders.
- Experience leveraging data, market intelligence, and succession insights to inform strategic hiring decisions and drive inclusive hiring outcomes.

As well as a competitive salary, you’ll enjoy a benefits package that you can tailor to your needs.
- Starting salary of £52,960
- Eligible for a discretionary performance-related annual bonus.
- We put 8% of salary into your pension, even if you don’t contribute yourself. We’ll pay in up to 12.5% of salary, if you contribute as well, and you can take some of our contribution in cash if you prefer.
- 30 days’ holiday plus bank holidays, which increases to 31 days after 5yrs service, with the option to purchase up to 5 contractual days per year.
- £6,000 car allowance per year.
- Company funded individual private medical insurance.
- Voluntary healthcare benefits at discounted rates such as private medical insurance for your family, dental insurance, and health assessments.
- Protection for you and your family, with company-funded death-in-service benefit and income protection insurance, and the option to take advantage of discounted rates for additional life assurance and critical illness cover.
