Job Description:
In this Executive Personal Assistant role, you will provide essential support to our Chief Inspectors across Mental Health, Primary and Community Services, and Hospitals, ensuring they remain organised, informed, and able to focus on improving health and care services across England.
Your work behind the scenes is vital in helping our senior leaders stay on track with their schedules, meetings, and travel, and makes a real difference to the impact we have on the health and care industry. You’ll act as a key liaison, building relationships across various teams and external partners, all while ensuring smooth office operations.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Executive Support: Manage diaries, emails, meetings, and travel for the Chief Inspectors to keep them prepared and supported.
- Coordinate Office Operations: Ensure office systems and logistics are well-organized, handling correspondence and supporting the team.
- Liaison Role: Build strong relationships across the organization and with external partners, representing the Chief Inspectors with professionalism.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience Supporting Senior Leaders: Proven experience managing diaries, emails, and meetings with professionalism and discretion.
- Strong Organizational Skills: Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and keep operations running smoothly in a fast-paced environment.
- Clear and Confident Communication: Demonstrated ability to prepare and share information clearly, liaising with a variety of stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Evidence of your right to work in the UK (without valid right to work, you won’t be eligible for the role).
- Some roles may require a satisfactory DBS check.
Salary and Benefits:
- Salary: £32,471 (National) or £38,143 (London) – Homeworking allowance of £581 per annum for home-based workers.
- Annual Leave: Starting at 27 days per year, rising to 32.5 days with service, plus bank holidays.
- NHS Pension Scheme with employer contribution around 14%.
