Binnies an RSK Group Company are looking for a Executive Leadership Team Coordinator to join us as part of our @one Alliance.
Are you an organised individual with a ‘can do’ attitude? And an experienced administrator with strong interpersonal skills? If so, we are looking for someone like you to join us as a Executive Leadership Team Coordinator.
Our work in the @One alliance is exciting and varied, we are key to ensuring the water keeps flowing across the region to please our customers. With such a busy time ahead, our administrative capabilities need to keep up with our fast-paced operation. To make sure we are maintaining optimum organisation and assistance to our Executive Leadership Team (ELT), we have a fantastic opportunity for an ELT Coordinator to join us and directly support the @one Alliance ELT.
About The Job…
As our new ELT Coordinator, you’ll work closely with our ELT to provide full and high-quality support. You’ll be a key part in the organisation and co-ordination of the ELT, which will include responding to general queries, booking scheduling and attending team meetings and events, managing diaries and calendars.
You’ll also be given the opportunity to prepare and provide presentation material, including important stats for the alliance, and provide support on projects and programmes led by the ELT. This role may include some travel to enable you to provide support at meetings and on projects and due to the nature of the role a high level of confidentiality will be required.
In the @One Alliance, we operate an agile working approach, however there will an expectation to be in the office to support your stakeholders as and when required. This job role would be working either on a full or part time basis as we are happy to support a job share.

With this role you will be liaising with our Directors and Senior leadership team, therefore strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as is the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders from across the organisation. You’ll be organised with strong attention to detail and have a positive can-do attitude.
We are looking for someone who has previous administrative experience and a qualification in administrative would be desirable but not essential. You will also have the desire to learn and develop new skills as and when required.

- Supporting meetings & workshops by taking notes and capturing actions.
- Draft meeting agendas and preparing itineraries for meetings.
