If so, we'd love to hear from you.

About the Role

We're seeking an outstanding Executive Assistant & Office Manager for a dynamic female CEO running a diverse portfolio of businesses. This is a role where you'll be at the heart of everything, providing essential support across multiple companies whilst keeping the office running smoothly .

  • Providing administrative support to other members of the executive team as needed
  • Office management duties including supplies, facilities, and ensuring everything runs smoothly
  • Handling correspondence, reports, and presentations

  • Occasional crisis management and problem-solving (both business and the odd Jack Russell-related incident)
  • Being the reliable backbone that keeps everything running efficiently

You'll Need:

  • Exceptional organisational and time-management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general tech savviness
  • Experience taking formal meeting minutes
  • The ability to prioritise effectively and work autonomously
  • Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information
  • A proactive, can-do attitude and sense of humour
  • A driving licence would be advantageous

What We Offer:

  • A varied and genuinely interesting role with real responsibility
  • Working with an ambitious, appreciative CEO who values excellent support
  • Exposure to multiple industries and business operations
  • Competitive salary and benefits
  • Based in vibrant Farringdon with excellent transport links
  • A dynamic work environment where you'll make a real difference
  • The occasional pastry from an amazing local bakery

Not Suitable For:

  • Anyone uncomfortable with multitasking and switching priorities
  • People allergic to small, enthusiastic terriers (just being honest)
