About the Role

Please take note that this is a fixed term role for 2 months with a possible extension of 1 month.

This exciting opportunity will focus primarily on supporting our CEO and additionally providing support to our senior leaders to ensure that our company goals and objectives are met and operations run smoothly!

This role includes overseeing executive scheduling, travel logistics, internal communications, and company-wide events. Additionally, the position will work closely with various departments, especially in relation to internal and external communications.

What you’ll be doing

Executive Support (60%)

  • Manage professional and personal scheduling for the CEO, including inbox management, meeting agendas, and stakeholder coordination

  • Oversee the CEO’s meeting cadence and ensure consistent communication and information dissemination to senior leaders and stakeholders

  • Organize the CEO’s travel logistics (accommodations, transportation, and external meetings)

  • Assist in managing company logistics to ensure organizational goals are achieved and priorities are met

  • Ability to prioritize and filter requests and assess what's most important and urgent

Event Planning & Management (20%)

  • Plan and orchestrate internal and off-site events, including leadership team meetings and company-wide events such as holiday parties

  • Coordinate communications for CEO and senior leadership events

Internal Communications (20%)

  • Write and edit content for internal communications, including the company-wide All Hands

  • Partner with the People team to organize internal communications and company events

  • Ensure communication consistency across all platforms

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in executive support, business operations, or a similar role

  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion in high-pressure situations

  • Proficiency in Google software and communication tools (e.g., Slack)
