What You'll Be Doing

• Running the CEO's life with precision-calendar, travel, key priorities, the lot
• Preparing briefs, managing agendas, and coordinating across departments
• Following up on tasks and ensuring decisions turn into action
• Occasionally supporting the Commercial Director with aligned tasks
• Acting as the CEO's filter, buffer, and operational partner

• Experience supporting high-performing individuals-founders, directors, or creatives
• Cool-headed, lightning-fast, and exceptionally organised
• Relentless with follow-through and obsessive about detail
• Thick-skinned but emotionally intelligent-you read the room and adapt
