You will support the Directors and a Group of Senior Managers at TransPennine Express by providing a proactive, high quality and fully confidential seamless support service working both on your own initiative and collaboratively with a team of Executive and Management Assistants.

With experience in an Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant role we are looking for someone with

• Outstanding organisational skills
• Able to communicate at all levels
• Able to be flexible
• Have a calm supporting manner and resilience.
• Attention to detail is key
• Able to meet tight deadlines while working under pressure
• Prioritising and dealing with conflicting demands where necessary especially with diary management
• Minute/Note taking is essential as extensive note taking is part of the role, shorthand an advantage.
