Description
We are seeking a self-driven, highly organized, and proactive Executive Assistant, a bright and motivated individual with a history of high performance to support leaders within EU ATS.
This role requires attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to meet tight deadlines and juggle multiple critical requests across internal and external stakeholders. You will act as a seamless extension of your leader and will work closely with other Executive Assistants throughout the wider organization as well as within EUATS. A proven track-record in working across multiple time-zones at scale is imperative. You will be comfortable in a fast-paced, goal-focused environment, while maintaining flexibility, a sense of humour and composure.
Key to the position is the ability to be organized, understand business priorities, and to anticipate needs proactively while also serving as another "go to" for all members on the team. In addition, the ability to have a high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information and professionalism in dealing with senior professionals inside and outside the company is critical. You will possess the ability to complete complex tasks quickly with little guidance, react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround, and take effective action without having to know the whole picture.

- Management of complex scheduling
- Organize, prioritize and appropriately handle time-sensitive, confidential information and ensure action required is addressed in a timely manner
- Track and help drive completion of key deliverables and follow up on pending items
- Work closely with the leadership team, recruiting, and other Executive Assistants to provide support to the organization
- Manage domestic and international travel as needed
- Lead engagement activities across the organization
- High school or equivalent diploma
- Experience in senior level leadership support, or experience at Amazon
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
- Experience with executive level calendar management
- Experience with domestic or international travel coordination
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company
- Experience managing multiple calendars
