We are looking for an Executive Assistant to join a company based in Plymouth.

- Salary: Competitive salary commensurate with experience, ranging from £35,000 to £45,000 per annum.
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM with flexibility to accommodate occasional evening meetings or events.
- Manage the executives' calendars, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements with precision and efficiency.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external inquiries, screening calls and emails, and providing timely responses or redirecting as appropriate.
- Prepare and coordinate materials for meetings, including agendas, presentations, and briefing documents, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
- Assist in the planning and execution of company events, conferences, and other engagements, handling logistics and coordination as needed.
- Conduct research and gather information on various topics as assigned by the executives, compiling reports and summaries for decision-making purposes.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date filing systems, both physical and digital, ensuring easy retrieval of documents and information.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Previous experience in a similar Management Accountant role
- Microsoft Excel and communication skills
