About Us:

We are on the lookout for a passionate and energetic Learning Support Assistant to bring their enthusiasm and expertise to our team, supporting our amazing pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN).

What You'll Do:

• Be a Hero: Provide one-on-one and small group support to our fantastic pupils with SEN.
• Make a Difference: Assist in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and watch your efforts transform lives.
• Team Up: Support classroom teachers in creating a fun and engaging learning environment.
• Grow Together: Help pupils with their academic, social, and emotional development, and celebrate their successes.
• Collaborate: Work with teachers, parents, and external professionals to ensure the best outcomes for our pupils.
  
  

What We're Looking For:

• Experience: Previous experience working with children with SEN.
• Heart: A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach to supporting pupils.
• Skills: Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Dedication: Ability to work effectively under the guidance of the classroom teacher.
