As an Event Planner, you will play a vital role in delivering seamless and memorable events—from conferences and exhibitions to corporate dinners. You’ll collaborate closely with clients and our catering teams to ensure every detail is perfect from initial planning right through to final delivery.

What You’ll Do

  • Work directly with corporate clients to understand their goals, audience, and catering requirements.
  • Provide expert advice on menus, room layouts, and event logistics.
  • Prepare detailed event proposals, function sheets, and floorplans.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers to guarantee smooth execution.
  • Ensure all health and safety protocols are strictly followed during events.
  • Manage budgets with transparent cost estimates and negotiate to optimise quality and value.
  • Identify upselling opportunities to enhance the client experience and grow revenue.
  • Oversee contracts, deposits, and invoicing in line with company policy.
  • Serve as the main contact throughout the event lifecycle, delivering proactive solutions.
  • Conduct site visits and post-event reviews to drive continuous improvement.

  • Computer literate with strong communication and organisational skills.

  • Adherence to health, safety, and company policies.
  • Relevant security checks (SIA, credit checks) if applicable.
