Job responsibilities
Louis Vuitton has a unique opportunity for an experienced Events Executive to join their team in London. Reporting into the head of Events, this diverse role will support the business in the UK, Ireland & South Africa in developing bespoke events within the stores in order to elevate relationships with our existing clients, develop rapport with new clients and continue to drive the brands desirability through the development and execution of innovative, effective and well managed events in line with the business strategy.
This diverse role will have accessibility to working with our retail teams in addition to our Merchandising, PR and Clientelling teams in order to ensure that all events held meet the expectations of our clients while also ensuring that they are in line with global team strategy. Additionally you will be responsible for supporting to develop, manage and maintain the budget and producing management information and reports on the effectiveness and outcomes of each event and subsequently advise the business on the commercial output of each event and recommend amendments for future events.
To be considered for this role you must have demonstrable experience of working as an Events Manager within a high profile brand with a track record of managing multiple stakeholder relationships in an international environment.
With exceptional communication, rapport building and interpersonal skills, you will be a strong team player while also taking accountability for making decisions in a fast paced and vibrant environment. Ideally you will have worked in the luxury brand market and have a strong network within London’s events scene.
