Tasks

Plan, coordinate, and deliver a wide range of events — from meetings and workshops to large-scale conferences and celebrations


Manage event logistics including venues, suppliers, catering, and budgets


Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth event execution


Assist with event marketing, social media promotion, and post-event follow-up


Support the wider team with creative ideas and solutions to make every event a success


Requirements

  • A proactive and highly organised individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent communication, time management, and multitasking skills

  • Strong attention to detail with a flair for creativity and problem-solving

  • Experience in events, marketing, hospitality, or administration (preferred but not essential)

  • Confidence using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or event management software
