THE ROLE
Due to their ongoing success, they are now looking for an Event Coordinator to join their team and be responsible for delivering an exciting array of events!
A Broad Role, Responsibilities Will Include
Candidates will be keen and passionate about events - this is an opportunity to really make a difference and grow their events offering! You must be able to work withing a team and would benefit from experience working on B2B events.

- Experience working on B2B events
- Strong organisational skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Managing multiple tasks simultaneously
- Negotiation with suppliers to ensure best prices without compromising on quality
- Project planning and scheduling
- Liaison with contractors, suppliers, and exhibitors
- Day to day liaison with internal teams
- Attending the event on the day to ensure it runs smoothly
