EUSR (Persons) Electricians

Teamforce are seeking skilled Electricians to join our team working on a National Grid sub-station project in Elstree, Hertfordshire.

The ideal candidates will have a strong background in electrical installations, particularly in substation environments, and will be responsible for ensuring high-quality work and adherence to safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform electrical installations and maintenance at National Grid sub-stations, focusing on containment and installing SWA (Steel Wire Armoured) cables.
• Read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics to execute work accurately.
• Ensure all work complies with relevant regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
• Collaborate with project teams to meet deadlines and maintain project quality.
• Conduct regular inspections and testing of electrical installations to ensure functionality and safety.
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues as they arise.
• Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Valid EUSR Persons training certification.
• Proven experience working in substation environments.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, containment, and SWA cable installation.
• Gold ECS Card - NVQ Level 3

• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations within electrical work.
