The Business
We are acting for a highly reputable independent estate agent based in a busy suburban area of West London. With ongoing expansion, newly refurbished offices and the addition of the Fine & Country master franchise, they are looking for a top class lister to join their existing team.
Person Requirements And The Role
We are looking for a talented individual with a proven record in residential property sales. You will have the ability to win new business and be able to demonstrate leadership, tenacity and competitiveness along with a willingness/ability to drive the business forward. This is a results based business with a strong team and you will be required to hit targets and ensure the conitnued growth of the organisation.
Role Outline
The successful candidate will be expected to carry out all duties necessary to increase business, maintain the high standards of customer care as well as work well within the existing team.

- Value and take instructions on properties for sale
- Ensure all office systems/service standards are adhered to
- Maintaining good working atmosphere
- Experience in Estate Agency Sales at Valuer level essential
- Ability to work towards goals/targets, must be tenacious
- Excellent telephone manner
- Articulate and numeric
- Problem solver/quick thinker
- Must be well presented
- Diplomacy skills
- Good time-keeping skills
- IT literate
- Photography and photo editing experience.
- Experience with lead generation software
- Full UK driving licence and your own car is essential
