[Tom Loosemore’s definition of Digital].We are looking for an enthusiastic, highly motivated individual to join our team which provides Information, Communication and Technology services across the organisation, delivering expertise and capability, effectively meeting national and local ICT requirements.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, highly motivated individual to join our Corporate Applications team which provides application support services for clinical systems (predominantly our electronic patient record systems) across the organisation.

You will work as part of the Corporate Applications Team, managing a variety of Electronic Patient Record systems and providing a Business As Usual service to the whole trust. You will be an integral part of the team responsible for maintaining and improving the many electronic patient record systems. This role will also be responsible for the Registration Authority service .

You must have effective communication skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure and maintain a professional manner and attitude at all times.

This post is part of Senior Digital team responsible for the Corporate Applications and IT training teams providing planning and management of high quality service for the Trusts critical clinical and Non-Clinical applications.

The postholder must have previous experience of delivering high availability business and safety critical applications, preferably in a clinical setting. This role is crucial to the ability of the digital services department in providing an effective service to the Trust and therefore to the effective provision of corporate services to staff and patients.

The postholder must demonstrate experience of providing an effective service to customers and a focus on customer communications and service improvement.
