Are you an environmental advisor with an infrastructure background looking for a role on project which will improve hundreds of thousands of lives locally, whilst having your voice heard and being able to influence senior stakeholders?

The business are an infrastructure contractor working alongside some of the biggest names in the energy, transport and civil engineering sectors – they work on schemes of varying size and scale, some valued up to £200m in value. Having made recent acquisitions, they are in a phase of rapid sustainable profit, order book and headcount growth – particularly within the environment & sustainability arm of the business.

Due to their expansion they require an environmental advisor to support their projects. This is a diverse and impactful role where you will be able to work on a diverse range of schemes in the highly profitable energy arm of the business. You will work across

The Role

• Environmental Advisor
• Audits and inspections
• Manage waste records
• Discharge section 37 planning conditions
• Coordinate pre-construction environmental assessments
• Occasional travel to various project locations – primarily Andover
• £40,000 - £50,000 + Car allowance or Car + CPD + Progression + Subsidised Private Medical + Pension

The Person

• Experience in infrastructure, construction, power generation, transmission or distribution
• Knowledge of UK environmental legislation
• Driving license
