To carry out all Purchase Ledger activities to a competent standard and ensuring the Company’s financial transactions are recorded accurately.

                    Job Purpose And Scope
To carry out all Purchase Ledger activities to a competent standard and ensuring the Company’s financial transactions are recorded accurately.
Essential Criteria
- Some experience with an ERP system (we will train you in becoming a proficient user of SAP)
- You should have some software knowledge of a finance system
- Detail focused & organised
- Calm, professional and drive to offer excellent service to our suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Your Educational level should demonstrate abilities in numerical subjects 
- Managing the Purchase Ledger functions based on assigned letters of the alphabet and for multiple legal entities
- Verify/process all invoices and credit notes following procedures in SAP
- Reconcile supplier and sub-contractor statements and work with the vendors and our businesses to resolve past due invoices
- Actively monitor the shared Mailbox account and within policies
- Weekly payment runs for multiple entities
- Maintain well organised and accurate filing, following the tidy desk policy
