Job/Person Summary

We are seeking to an ambitious and driven teacher to support the transformation of the English department. This role offers excellent opportunities for an exploration into effective pedagogy and research based educational strategy. Our curriculum boasts carefully structured content that not only excites and inspires but also allows provides space for creativity, personality and identity as a practitioner. The ideal candidate would have a passion for English and a commitment to creating a fair and dynamic learning environment that reflects excellence and consistency in student performance. In return, we offer fully planned and structured curriculum resources from years 7 to 11, PPA and additional timetabled co-planning time alongside a supportive Leadership Team and fantastic career development opportunities.
