Salary: £140 - £280 per day

Job Summary: As an English Teacher, you'll be instrumental in enhancing students' literacy skills and boosting their confidence in self-expression. Your passion for the subject will be key in making English lessons both engaging and educational.

About The Role

As an English Teacher, your responsibilities will include:

• Designing and delivering engaging and comprehensive English lessons that accommodate various learning styles and abilities.
• Motivating students to enhance their reading, writing, and critical thinking skills.
• Fostering a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes student participation and growth.
• Evaluating and tracking student progress, providing constructive feedback to aid their development.
• Collaborating with colleagues to refine and improve the English curriculum.
• Engaging in school activities and events to enrich students’ educational experiences.
  
  

Qualifications And Experience

The ideal candidate for the English Teacher position will possess:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent certification.
• Experience teaching English in schools or similar settings.
• A strong grasp of English literature and language.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A commitment to ongoing professional development and teamwork with colleagues.
• Have an updated CV (covering last ten years barring any unexplained gaps) and an enhanced DBS registered to the Update Service (or be willing to apply for one).
