Our client is searching for an experienced Engineering Manager to drive meaningful change in their engineering organisation and lead the team through growth and expansion.

- Leading and coordinating the engineering department for the site
- Identify opportunities for process improvements, technological advancements, and operational efficiencies within the engineering department.
- Manage department budgets, allocate resources efficiently, and optimise project timelines.
- Provide technical guidance and support to the engineering team, addressing complex challenges and ensuring best practices are followed
- Ensure all engineering activities comply with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
- Qualified to degree level in Engineering – ESSENTIAL
- Proven experience (5+ years) in an engineering leadership or managerial role – ESSENTIAL
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and make critical decisions under pressure.
- Experience with change management, resource allocation, and team development - ESSENTIAL
- Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
