We are seeking to hire an Engineer to join the team in the Baglan Plant.

We are seeking to hire an Engineer to join the team in the Baglan Plant.

- Set a great example for everyone by maintaining the highest standards of operational discipline, through mentoring operators, cleaning inspection and lubrication activities, and proactively improve the machines to eliminate contamination sources.
- Maintain and repair equipment within a GMP cleanroom manufacturing facility.
- Work with and support T1s and T2s in order to achieve production targets with good quality finished products.
- Manage small installation projects and work efficiently with the Reliability Manager to ensure projects are completed within set timeframe.
- Comply with all SHE and Quality standards set at site
- Proactive approach to breakdowns that can occur to return the lines to operational condition
- Ensure that quality finished product is being produced by completing PPMs on equipment
- Manage workload and prioritise work using CMMS system
- Support functions to achieve production targets
- Problem solving and implementing improvements via breakdown analysis
- Active participation of TPM activities and key member of PM pillar
- Adhere to all procedures in place and show discipline with hygiene and cleanroom standards
- Maintain site housekeeping and 5S standards
- Understanding of the importance process safety and regulatory compliance
- Possible shifts required for a cleanroom manufacturing site (Mornings 06:00-14:00, Afternoons 14:00-22:00 & Nights 22:00-06:00).
- Accredited apprenticeship in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Demonstrate a good technical understanding of Electrical and Mechanical principles
- Minimum 10 years experience, nice to have FMCG experience
- Good understanding of the principles of TPM an advantage
