Northpoint is looking for a passionate Engagement Practitioner to lead community engagement across Calderdale. 15-month FTC | £40,290–£46,330
The role:
• Lead inclusive engagement with children, young people and communities
• Reach and amplify voices from under-served groups
• Work with schools, youth forums and community partners
• Gather insights that shape future mental health services
About you:
• Experience in community engagement
• Strong communication & facilitation skills
• Understanding of health inequalities
• Confident analysing data and using digital tools
