Engagement Officer (Skills Development)

RAMM is looking for someone with energy, enthusiasm and flair, who can lead a programme that builds individuals’ insights, skills, confidence and experience of the cultural and creative sector.

The Skills Development Officer is responsible for devising, planning and delivering programmes of work that help people from all parts of society develop their skills and careers in the cultural and creative sector. These include RAMM’s Future Skills programme and its Youth Panel, as well as student placements, school work experience and supported placements.
