Are you an experienced Employee Relations Advisor with good knowledge and understanding of employment law and HR best practice?

As an ER Advisor you’ll be instrumental in maintaining a positive, productive and compliant work environment while addressing and resolving employee concerns. You’ll ensure staff adherence to company policies and legal regulations, and contribute to the development and implementation of the employment relations advisory service.
You’ll be responsible for the logging, advising and reporting of ER cases for example disciplinaries, grievances etc. You will be providing relevant reports on ER caseload and will be working collaboratively with the Operational HRBPs, passing high risk and complex matters to them.
You must have a full and clean UK driving license,with access to a vehicle as you will be based from home but occasional travelto visit and work from our services within England and Wales may apply.

Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Ensure provision of a comprehensive ER advice and support service to managers, including compliance with Employment Law, applicable legislation and Elysium Policies and Procedures.
- Be the first point of contact for managers within the Elysium services.
- Provide guidance and advisory support to employees and management on various employee relations issues, including but not limited to workplace conduct, disciplinary actions, and grievances.
- Investigate employee complaints and conflicts, ensuring a fair and thorough process, and recommend appropriate resolutions.
- Ensure all investigations and formal hearings are prepared for thoroughly with robust reports completed
