Employed Financial Advisor

Location: Chesterfield

Salary: £55000 – £65000 + bonus and great benefits

We are recruiting on behalf of a long-established, accountancy-based financial planning firm that is part of a respected national group. The firm is known for high-quality advice, long-standing client relationships, and excellent staff retention.

Due to planned retirements and increased client demand, an opportunity has arisen for a Financial Adviser to join the team. The successful candidate will inherit a client bank and receive full administrative and paraplanning support.

The Role

• Employed, client-facing adviser position
• Focused on ongoing servicing of existing clients with some new client onboarding
• Clients are primarily private individuals with well-established relationships
• Office-based, with in-person client meetings encouraged
• Opportunity to provide full-scope financial advice including investments, pensions, tax, and estate planning

Candidate Profile

• Level 4 Diploma qualified (minimum); Chartered status preferred
• Experience advising individual clients across a range of planning areas
• Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills
