Join our Emerging Talent Acquisition Team

We are seeking an Emerging Talent (ET) Lead to drive our talent acquisition efforts, lead the implementation and assist with the design of comprehensive ET recruitment strategies. As the SME in this space, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our strategy, focusing not only on universities and respective programs but also on trade schools, apprenticeships, and diverse entry-level pathways. You will oversee the development and implementation of strategies to ensure we are attracting and retaining a diverse range of candidates, ensuring that our emerging talent reflects the communities we serve and enhances our organisational culture.

As our Emerging Talent Lead you will also be responsible for:


  • Building pipelines from universities, trade schools and apprenticeship programs to meet current and future workforce needs.
  • Understanding government and legal obligations, local market trends, educational landscapes and talent needs enterprise wide.
  • Developing creative outreach initiatives, including career events, presentations and workshops at educational institutions.
  • Leveraging social media and digital platforms to engage with diverse talent pools and position the company as an employer of choice.
  • Staying ahead of trends and using social media to highlight our company culture, opportunities for growth and the benefits of joining our team.
  • Fostering a supportive work environment by creative ET employee communities and aligning with HR and Business on potential career pathways.
  • Utilising data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment and retention strategies, identify trends and to inform decision-making.
  • Reporting on key metrics to demonstrate impact and drive continuous improvement.
  • Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including business leaders and HR partners to align emerging talent strategies with overall business objectives
  • Collaborating with global teams to ensure consistency and share best practices.
  • Leading and mentoring a team of emerging talent specialists, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation and high performance.


Fuel you passion

To be successful in this role you will have:


  • Strong experience in Talent Acquisition or HR
  • Proven track record of executing innovative talent strategies, particularly in diverse educational settings, including universities, trade schools, and apprenticeship programs.
  • Strong understanding of social media and digital marketing strategies to attract and engage with talent.
  • Deep understanding of the local market, educational system, and talent landscape in your country.
  • Experience leading diversity-focused hiring initiatives and a commitment to building a diverse and inclusive workforce.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead teams, manage stakeholders, and influence senior leadership.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics to drive strategy and decision-making.
  • A proactive, innovative thinking with a passion for building the future workforce.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to engage with educational institutions and connect with emerging talent across the country. Maybe required to attend in-person assessment events
