Position: Electrician

Base Location: Kilmarnock

Working Pattern: Permanent / Full Time / 40 hours per week

Salary: £16.50 to £18.50 per hour

Our company is growing, and we have an excellent opportunity for time served Electricians to carry out electrical work within our Repairs Team where you will be involved in carrying out general electrical maintenance on the properties within our portfolio.

What will you be doing?

Carry out general electrical tasks within live properties and voids to include, but not limited to the following:

• Installing wiring & electrical components.
• Inspecting electrical systems.
• Troubleshooting Electrical Issues, and Repair or replace faulty components.
• Ensuring compliance with current safety regulations.
• Identifying and mitigating safety hazards.
  
  

What Should You Have?

• Fully qualified Electrician with current 18th edition and completed an apprenticeship or traineeship approved by SVQ.
• Strong communication skills as you will be relaying technical information to customers and colleagues.
• Working knowledge and understanding of all current Health and Safety legislation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  
  

For this role it is also required that you should have a Full UK Driver’s License.
