About The Role

Our client is seeking a skilled and experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join their dynamic facilities maintenance team. This is a static role on a single site, engineers must ensure that a variety of client facilities are maintained to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine electrical maintenance, inspections, and repairs on a wide range of facilities.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Ensure all electrical systems adhere to health and safety regulations and company standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of all maintenance work completed, including parts used and time spent.
  • Liaise with clients to ensure minimal disruption during maintenance activities.
  • Provide emergency on-call support as required.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Electrical Maintenance Engineer in a facilities maintenance environment.
  • Relevant electrical qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds 2365, or equivalent).
  • 18th Edition Wiring Regulations certification is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including HVAC, lighting, and power distribution.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and schematics.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Full UK driving license.
