What will you be doing in this role?

Responsibilities

As the K12 Education Team Lead, youll be at the forefront of Lenovos strategy in the English schools sector. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and supporting a high-performing team, fostering wellbeing and collaboration.
  • Owning and delivering accurate forecasts and pipeline visibility for the education segment.
  • Building strategic relationships with Multi-Academy Trusts (MATs) and private schools.
  • Driving Lenovos education strategy through campaigns, initiatives, and customer engagement.
  • Scaling Lenovos reach via education programmes like ConnectEd, in partnership with channel teams.
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to IT decision-makers, showcasing Lenovos full portfolio.
  • Collaborating with partners to identify and execute proactive sales opportunities.
  • Representing education interests in meetings and supporting strategic sales conversations.

What do you need to succeed in this role?

Were looking for someone who brings a mix of leadership, strategic thinking, and sector expertise. Ideally, youll have:

  • A degree in Business, Management, or a related field (preferred).
  • At least 5 years of experience in IT, hardware, or software sales.
  • Proven success in leading and motivating sales teams.
  • Familiarity with tools like Microsoft Dynamics (D365), Sales Navigator, and MS Office.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills with a data-driven approach.
  • Excellent communication skills in Englishboth written and verbal.
  • A growth mindset and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Resilience, discipline, and clarity in communication.
