Hayley Group Limited has an exciting vacancy for a highly motivated eCommerce Data Co-ordinator to join our well-established and experienced eCommerce team based at our head-office in Halesowen. You will join us on a full time, permanent basis and in return, you will receive a competitive salary.

About the role:

We’re seeking an eCommerce Data Co-ordinator to join the growing, fast-paced eCommerce Division at head-office in Halesowen. Please note, this is an office-based role, no remote working available.

Working Hours: 40 hours per week Monday to Friday

Key responsibilities as eCommerce Data Co-ordinator will include:

  • Master Offering - Cleansing and enriching the online master offering.
  • Bespoke Requests - Custom catalogues and branch requests.
  • B2C Offering - Content enrichment for internal offering.
  • Work closely with the eCommerce and Data Teams to produce better quality Product Data.
  • Develop knowledge and understanding of relevant internal systems and processes, with an emphasis on the Hayley Group’s PIM system.
  • Responsible for the enrichment of product data to set levels within the Hayley Online offering - this will also include bespoke requests from internal account managers and departments.
  • Maintain content within the Online offering.
  • Ability to work towards set data requirements, prioritising the validity and correct standardisation of the data.
  • Demonstrate progress on data enrichment over different periods (Monthly / Quarterly).

Skills & Attributes we're looking for in our eCommerce Data Co-ordinator will include:

  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, in addition to other Microsoft Office software.
  • Proficiency working with large sets of data.
  • Knowledge of basic HMTL tagging would be beneficial.
  • Excellent communication, time management and organisational skills and can work to deadlines and targets.
  • Attention to detail is a must, along with taking pride in your work.
  • Product research (supplier portals, internet discovery)
