We are currently recruiting an Ecommerce CRO Specialist who will be integral to driving high-level performance across the Lovehoney Group. Partnering directly with the Digital Product, Trading and other channel owning teams your focus will be on finding growth opportunities, enhancing the customer journey, and increasing revenue across our digital platforms. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to optimise website performance, deliver compelling customer experiences, and make data-driven decisions that drive business growth delivering measurable business impact and improved KPI results.

What You Will Do

  • Optimisation Strategy: Lead the optimisation and continuous improvement of Trade and Merchandising on-site features developed by our in-house teams. You’ll focus on enhancing their performance, challenging assumptions and taking the use of these tools to the next level to ensure they deliver maximum value.
  • Testing & Experimentation ownership: Design, implement, and analyse A/B and multivariate tests that support your analysis findings and hypothesises. Utilizing platforms like Monetate, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, GTM, Algolia, Magento, you’ll also define KPIs, support QA and measure the statistical significance of results to make data-driven recommendations for site improvements.
  • Data Driven Insights: Analyse user behaviour using tools like GA4, Contentsquare, Big Query and session recordings to identify conversion bottlenecks and drop off points, identifying areas in the journey for improvement and creating dashboards for ongoing monitoring. Provide actionable insights that inform website updates, optimise CRO strategies,reduce usability issues and friction points.
  • Product Recommendations: Lead the optimisation of product recommendation algorithms and strategies, testing new approaches to capture value andensuring they are personalised based on customer behaviour to increase Average Order Value (AOV) and Conversion Rate (CVR).
  • Customer Journey Optimisation: Improve the overall user experience and funnel flow through consistent management and refinement of key Trade features such as product sorting and ordering, site navigation, user nudges, personalised interactions and promotional assets and banners. Working closely with the relevant teams to implement changes and improve features that enhance the journey and drive higher conversion rates.
  • Collaboration & Reporting: Partner with teams across Ecommerce, Marketing, Development, and Merchandising to ensure alignment with business goals and provide clarity to channel ownersregarding their traffic behaviour and trends. Deliver clear, actionable post-test reports that track performance, highlight successes, and inform future strategies.


What You Should Bring

  • Proven Ecommerce Experience: Significant experience in Ecommerce optimisation and A/B testing as well as a robust understanding of CRO and UX principles in a fast-paced digital, B2C retail environment.
  • Technical Expertise: Experience using tools like Monetate, Contentsquare and Salesforce Commerce Cloud. You should be comfortable with creating and managing new tests, with a technical skillset that includes the ability to implement changes, troubleshoot, and optimise new tools and features.
  • Analytical Mindset: Proficient analysis skills with the ability to use multiple data sets and platforms to interpret an accurate data story and visualisations to clearly share findings, insights and recommendations.
  • Product Management Skills: Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams from data-informed ideation to execution, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results. Experience working within an Agile environment and within Scrum teams advantageous.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: A deep understanding of the conversion funnels and the customer journey, channel behaviours, UX/UI best practices and how to optimise every touchpoint to enhance satisfaction and conversion.
  • Leadership & Collaboration: Proven ability to lead initiatives and influence cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with business goals. Experience managing third-party testing tools and relationships is a plus.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to illustrate and visualise data, findings and multiple sets of considerations concisely.
