What You´ll Do

  • Support the Senior eCommerce Manager in developing and delivering the strategic channel and customer plans.
  • Lead the development and execution of the customer plans for 3rd party marketplace suppliers.
  • Lead the internal and external availability and in stock metrics and perfect inbound.
  • Deliver strong forecast accuracy for both demand planning and commercial updates.
  • Responsible for the weekly performance metric reporting with full ownership for the insights and required actions.
  • Support the development and implementation of a winning e-Assortment strategy.
  • Lead the PDP, content, merchandising and range assortment to achieve digital shelf excellence in pure player customers.
  • Support the eCommerce media strategy development and activation of the plan with all relevant stakeholders and agencies.
  • Strong cross functional alignment with the internal Digital, Commercial Excellence, Shopper, Brand and Controlling teams.
  • Build excellent working relationships with key customer and agency contacts.
  • Investigate new channel and new customer development opportunities to expand branded presence in eComm pure players.

What makes you a good fit

  • Experience of working with Amazon, Amazon Vendor Central and eCommerce marketplaces.
  • Understanding of the online customer journey and digital shelf reporting.
  • Prior experience working with eCommerce supporting agencies.
  • Must bring an entrepreneurial spirit with motivation and drive to be a self-starter.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, should have the ability to work across functions within the business to gain support for the pureplay accounts.
  • Strong prioritisation and multi-tasking skills.
